Crow (Bakasana) Yoga Demo

Anton Brandt, founder of The Sacred Fig, guides you safely through Crow / Crane Pose (Bakasana). Remember, it’s always best to practice with a teacher! If you’re preggers, better to skip this one. This pose is excellent to strengthen the wrists, arms, upper back & abdomen. For a bit more support, try it with a block underneath the balls of your feet, or a shoulder-width strap around your arms, just above the elbows.
