I am passionate about sharing practices that help you align to a conscious, more mindful life through the power of movement, meditation, and breathwork. Practices that help you access the sense of joy, purpose and connection that is the human experience. After completing a career in gymnastics, I turned to yoga and have been teaching for the last 8 years. Now, I deeply care about sharing the lessons that I’ve learned on my mat and the benefits it has given me on a physical, mental, and spiritual level. I teach with calm and precise language and my classes are a combination of meditation, breathwork, dynamic sequencing and intentional movement. With a background in Vinyasa and Katonah yoga, I offer this practice as a way to stay grounded, build deeper awareness to the self and connect to what matters most.
