Tony &amp; Anton have been visiting Caraíva for years, You probably haven't heard of Caraíva before, and that's a good thing. &nbsp;It's where your friends will be going in five years. &nbsp;For most of us, life feels like a constant sprint between work + obligations + plans we said yes to three weeks ago. &nbsp;Tools that were meant to make life easier have somehow hijacked us to be too reachable, too scheduled, and too distracted.&nbsp;Caraíva is off-grid and unplugged. &nbsp;There's no cars, and no paved roads. The entrance to Caraíva is via canoe. and when you arrive, donkeys pull groceries around to the various bungalows. &nbsp;Brazilians play live music at night, and drink Cocktails from fresh Cacao during the day.&nbsp;Expect barefoot adventures, river crossings, long lunches, strong sweaty yoga, fun-loving Brazilians, drum circles, cacao cocktails, sunset breathwork.Leave your laptop at home. This week is about tapping back into what matters.

When did you last carve out space for what really matters? This retreat is designed intentionally: it's been artfully planned for you. So you can step back from the mundane, take a breathe, linger after yoga, and see your goals / desires / friendships with new eyes.&nbsp;Our days here will drift between dips in the Tyrrhenian Sea, and long, leisurely Italian meals prepared by our chef. Lots of time for yoga (typically twice a day), breathwork, kriya, and there’s still plenty of time left over, just for you.

For two magical evenings, the island comes alive with candlelit processions, music, communal feasts, and fireworks over the Tyrrhenian Sea. It a super special opportunity to experience Panarea at its most authentic, when locals &amp; visitors gather to celebrate the island's rich maritime traditions. Greece for us just really feels like peak summer - the tomatoes taste like they were grown for this exact moment.
