Daily Schedule

This retreat takes place from July 7-13, 2026.  Plan on arriving at the property before 5pm on July 7th, and leaving after yoga & breakfast on July 13th. When you arrive at the small port, you'll either pick up your cute rental car for the week (or we'll pair you together with someone else who has!)! Each day is balanced between group activities, and plenty of free time to do as you wish. Everything is optional: you can get into as much or as little as you want. Below is a schedule just to give you a general idea (it tends to vary once we actually get going). Whether you want to embrace your introvert, or hang out with new friends - there will be plenty of opportunity for both.

Movement + Breath. Intelligent, rigorous vinyasa yoga, woven together with breath and mindfulness techniques.
Nourish. Enjoy a healthy breakfast. Expect fruit, Greek yogurt, eggs, freshly baked breads, homemade jams, and freshly brewed coffee & teas.

Play. Adventure to the sandy beach, sunbathe, cliff-jump, or take some solo time.

Nourish. Lunch on your own! We highly recommend heading to a seaside taverna for a fabulous local lunch. These lunches are at your own expense.

Play. Get a massage, enjoy your book, or play backgammon with Anton.
Movement & Breath. The afternoon activity varies. Often times it's a yoga class (more workshop style in format), and some other days we'll go on an outdoor adventure. It varies depending on the interests of the group.
Nourish. A local feast! Fabulous local greek wine is included.
Sleep, stargaze, or skinnydip.

Accomodations

Accommodations for the duration of the retreat at one of our villas.

Food + Wine

Two meals are prepared by our property, and included in the retreat price. The third meal is on your own, and not included in the retreat cost. Typically we'll go out for lunch, checking out the local seaside tavernas.

Access to the stunning property, including a pool, shared indoor & outdoor living spaces, yoga shala, terraces & wifi. 

Tuition

Two classes per day with Krissy + Anton, including meditation, breathwork, asana, workshops and dance parties.
