Daily Schedule

This retreat takes place from June 17-23, 2024.  You can check-in at the property on June 17th after 3pm. We'll practice yoga together on arrival day at 5:30pm. Check-out on June 23rd is 10am. On departure day, we'll offer a short morning practice and breakfast, in order for everyone to be able to leave by 10am. Each day is balanced between optional group activities, and free time. Everything is optional: you can get into as much or as little as you want. Below is a schedule to give you a general idea. Whether you want to embrace your introvert, or hang out with new friends - there will be plenty of opportunity for both.

Movement + Breath. Intelligent, rigorous vinyasa yoga, woven together with breath and mindfulness techniques.
Nourish. Enjoy a healthy breakfast. Expect local fruits, yogurt, eggs, freshly baked breads, homemade jams, and freshly brewed coffee & teas.
Play. We'll offer a morning adventure for those who want to join, whether finding a thermal swim spot, or lathering ourselves in volcanic mud!
Nourish. Light lunch served on the terrace. A total of two lunches are not included, this way you can explore the local cuisine either in a group setting or on your own.
Chill. Read a book by the pool, take a nap... slow down.
Movement & Breath. The afternoon class is typically more hatha or workshop style in format. One day we might skip yoga and head out on a boat.
Nourish. We feast! Grab a fabulous bottle of local wine for a reasonable price.
Sleep, stargaze, or skinnydip.

Food + Wine

Three meals per day for the duration of the retreat, cooked by NYC-based chef Lauren Gerrie. We will go out for two meals: you are responsible for paying for yourself for those two meals. Alcohol is not included. We have a selection local wines from €20 / bottle and up. You can also bring some bottles of your favorite wine and share with your new friends! 


Access to the stunning property, including pool, terraces, gardens & art. The wifi sucks, so leave your work at home.


Two classes per day with Krissy + Anton, including meditation, breathwork, asana, workshops and dance parties.
