Daily Schedule

This retreat takes place from September 6-12, 2024.  Plan on arriving at the property before 5pm on Sept 6th, and leaving after yoga & breakfast on Sept 12th. (We'll help coordinate for people to share transport if needed). Each day is balanced between group activities, and plenty of free time to do as you wish. Everything is optional: you can get into as much or as little as you want. Below is a schedule just to give you a general idea (it tends to vary once we actually get going). Whether you want to embrace your introvert, or hang out with new friends - there will be plenty of opportunity for both.

 -
A deep morning practice with Anton or Tony. Morning practice will be a mix of rigorous movement, breath-work, and meditation.
 -
Nourish. Enjoy a healthy breakfast. Expect local fruit, greek yogurt ferried in from Greece, local eggs, fresh local pastries, homemade jam, and strong Italian coffee.
 -
Play. Adventure to the sea, or take a nap under an olive tree.
 -
Nourish. A light lunch.
 -
Play. Some days we will have planned activities, some days will be more free for you to enjoy as you wish.
 -
Afternoon Practice The afternoon activity varies. Often times it's a workshop-style class with Anton or Tony, and some other days we'll go on an adventure. It varies depending on the direction of the group.
 -
Nourish. Plant-forward, farm-to-table dinner. Local wine is included.
