Daily Schedule

This retreat takes place from January 5-10. Plan on landing into Porto Seguro Airport on the morning of January 5th. leaving Porto Seguro at 2pm or later January 10th, 2027.  We will help coordinate car transfers for people to share from Porto Seguro Airport to the entrance to Caraiva. Each day is balanced between group activities, and plenty of free time to do as you wish. Everything is optional: you can get into as much or as little as you want. Below is a schedule just to give you a general idea (it tends to vary once we actually get going). Whether you want to embrace your introvert, or hang out with new friends - there will be plenty of opportunity for both.

Morning Practice. A deep morning practice with Tony or Anton, in the our private shaded terrace.Morning practice will be a mix of movement, breath-work, and meditation.

Nourish. Strong coffee, local exotic fruits, yogurt, eggs (from very local chickens!) toast, and homemade jams.
 - 
Play. Go swim, hang out with the locals, get a massage, or take some quiet time to yourself.

Afternoon Practice, Número Dois The afternoon activity varies. Often times it's a yoga class (typically slower paced, more gentle, or more workshop style in format), and some other days we'll go to the beach or a sunset nature walk. It varies depending on the direction of the group.

Nourish. We'll explore the local restaurants for dinner! Two meals each day are included in the retreat package. That is typically breakfast and dinner.

Accommodations for the duration of the retreat at our private boutique riverfront property.

Food

Two meals per day for the duration of the retreat. Breakfasts we'll always have at our villa, and dinners we'll go out to different restaurants to be with the locals and enjoy the Brazilian way of life!

Two movement classes most day with Tony + Anton, including meditation, breathwork, asana, and workshops.
